Steven Kemp grew up in The Bahamas as the son of the Lyford Cay Club’s golf professional, Peter Kemp, and his Brazilian mother Rosemarie Kemp.
During the summers, Steven could be found either on the golf course or spearfishing off New Providence.
At the age of 16, Steven attended boarding school in the US and then graduated from The University of Alabama.
After several years of traveling Australia, where he dabbled in silver mining in the outback, Steven and his wife Hayley returned to New Providence to work for a local contracting firm.
Steven has acquired many years of building experience in The Bahamas and was asked to join MGMT Ltd, a commercial property management and development firm.
Outside of work, Steven enjoys family time with his two children and he still enjoys golfing and diving with friends.
